Did it all go smoothly Jan?

To be fair I enjoy Sky and it went smoothly for me when I swapped over. My hubby is fed up of Sky and moans all the time but I'm loathed to move ISP.

Hope it all gets installed Lyns x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It went very smoothly. Phone and internet all working ok. Unless there are any problems, I shall stay with them.

Customer service seems to be ok as well.

I really rate Sky and I wouldn't want to change now.

We use McAfee as we got it free with Sky and Dave then renewed as they gave him a good offer. I've got no problems with it, unlike when we had Norton...

Norton Internet Security is actually an anagram of..... Dont put this on your PC unless you enjoy contacting overseas based customer support........Honest!!!

Exactly Andy! Dave really knows his stuff with computers but I don't think he ever managed to get rid of Norton completely.

I've had trouble with Norton in the past as well. I much prefer the free ones.

Im going with the free ones as suggested for now.

Norton was a nightmare to get rid of last, I had it before Kaspersky n I had to download a tool to remove Norton!

Anyone have problems with the debt forum bit - Im not able to view any posts.

There is a site problem which admin are working on.

If you just type in www.iva.co.uk then you can view the last 20 posts for debt and social posts. At the moment it's the best you can do.

Sorry folks for the delay in sorting out this technical problem.. the teckies have all gone to the 'burning man' celebration.. but hopefully will be back unscathed to sort it out soon !!

The said festival is in America(google it) and doesn't end til tomorrow, so don't expect too much before then.

This is not a criticising post more a factual one.

Hahaha!

Good old norton!! MrsKnight is right too. You never really completely get rid of norton once installed.. I once reinstalled windows just to make sure it was all gone :)
