I completed my IVA in Feb 2020. Am setting up a home crafts business but am having difficulty finding public and product liability insurance because of my IVA. So would be looking for recommendations as want to set this up properly. Or do I have to declare this as got my completion certificate? Any help welcomed. Thank you

Several, posters have tried Hiscox in the past - give them a call.

If they ask, you have to be honest otherwise any insurance would be invalid. Some people have had success going through Hiscox. Otherwise try trade associations related to your craft.
