My partner is in an IVA at the moment and I would like to know if it is possible for him to go bankrupt.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Is there any reason he would be considering bankruptcy? If the If an IVA fails then bankruptcy would be an option. Is there assests to consider? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I would also add with bankruptcy there is a possible IPA to pay for 36 months x
