Thanks for your answers but don't they normally say that an iva affects your credit file for a year after completion so surely that would mean 6.5 years in my case is that not so
The Credit Agencies keep records for 6 years so if the start date of your IVA & defaults are correctly dated they will removed at the 6 year point regardless.
