Patericia

I really cant understand this.

My IVA was with Payplan, I can state from my experience, they were very helpful ,supportive and kept me informed right through the process, can I ask how you send the docs? Also it did take 3 months to have the IVA completed, personally they were very good with me and I couldnt thank them enough.

All good IPs will give proper and appropriate advice on all debt solutions - and this is usually done on a completely free of charge basis - which is not the case in the "bankruptcy assist" arena.

Dealing with your clients, as an IP in practice, goes with the territory - and IPs who refuse to do so, do not deserve to hold an insolvency licence in my opinion. How someone can manage thousands of cases, and do that work properly, actually amazes me!

I'm with Payplan as well and so far have had no problems with them.

Try contacting your IP direct via this link:

hi everyone, believe me I went through this forum back to 2006, to see other members experiences, hardly found positive comments about payplan. when I started my IVA it did not take 3 months and kept sending me text, e-mails to sign the papters and send to them asap, now when I need them most ....? it is good to see two members happy with payplan I can't say that until I see a result. for me only one thing IF I FOUND THIS FORUM BEFORE I started any DMP or IVA, nevertheless, I benefited A LOT (information and support) believe me I recommend it to all my friends.

I have to disagree with you about that. There have been a fair few positive posts for Payplan.

Hi everyone, I forgot my pass word so I had to choose another name I am Pat, and I want to let you know that until know no news from payplan, after two months I sent my case officer a message asking about the progress of my offer and told him that I got the tel. no of my IP, but being nice want to let him know, he answered back in a threating manor that if I called the IP no will come back to him, and there is nothing he can do until he finishes my paper work. this my third month my situation is getting worse, I have two options either to declare bankrupt without telling payplan or comit sucide. your help is much needed. I wish if any of payplan expert is around in this forum. thank you

when you ring payplan you dont always get your case officer everytime so try ringing again.
it does not matter if it comes back to your case worker he is just that an employee of the ip.
dont take what he says as gospol.
have you had date for the meeting yet or had anything in writing to do with your proposal for f@f.
im with payplan and my wife did a f@f which we proposed last sept and it took till dec to get it through.
as jan said try e-mailing the ip directly.
try not to worry too much it will get sorted and its only money we talking about so dont go getting ideas of suicide as its never gonna get that bad to end your life.
just keep comeing on here and talk things through
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

Hi,

Please try and contact your IP direct, I would also complain about the attitude of the case officer. You are entitled to speak to your IP.

You won't be able to go bankrupt without Payplan knowing as you should let the IVA fail and the court will certainly need to know that the IVA is finished. Please don't think about doing anything stupid.

Unfortunately no one from Payplan posts on here anymore.

thanks for your reply,I haven't received anything in writing from payplan. I will try and call tomorrow, I am very furious and angry and I might lose my temper over the phone. in the meantime, I will spend more time reading and repeating what you wrote to me this evening to help me get some sleep. thank you very much

Let us know how you get on tomorrow. If you have a number for your IP then use to to speak to them. It will all come right in the end and the forum is always here for support, advice and a virtual hug if you need one.
