Hi tutu

I full sympathise with your plight

I'm having similar problems with Payplan and them getting the paper work prepared for a full and final offer - been waiting almost 6 weeks now. It didn't take this long for them to arrange the first creditors meeting.

Take care

hello there, hardly had any sleep, range payplan this morning spoke to a lady who does not know anything about my case, so I asked for a tel. appointment with my case officer to know my situation, it is going to be today at 4:00 pm, from there I will take it straight to my IP
calming myself by taking deep breath every five minute so I do not get mad on my case officer!! will update you later

I do hope it's going ok. Must admit that I'm waiting for an email reply from my case officer at the moment - nothing important but it would be nice to get a reply.
