Keep at them and threaten them with a complaint. This really does not sound good enough from a company that the banks advise people to go to for help.

Hi tuta, you have been more than patient and they deserve everything you can throw at them. This is an appalling way to treat you. [:(!]

I don't blame you for complaining, this is ridiculous.

Let us know how you get on.

This is appalling service. I would certainly be complaining.

Hi Tutu

Try emailing Ken Marland he is one of the supervisors at Payplan and helped me out at the end of last week. I have now received my paperwork and have returned it all signed and ready for circulation.

Can one of the admins advise if I am allowed to put the email address on at which I managed to contact him on.

Kind regards

Sus

This sounds terrible. Best of luck in getting things resolved quickly. Have you used Jan's link to email your IP directly? It sounds like the administrative staff are doing an awful job.
Take care,

It's really not good service I agree and do think a complaint might just push them to give you the service you require/deserve. x

You're not allowed to post email addresses on here sus.

However, Mr Marland and his partner Mr Harrison can be contacted via this link and I have been assured that even though it doesn't state Payplan as their 'employer' they are both still IPs there.

Tuta - I would start bombarding them with emails!
