Hi, can I switch my bank account(currently pay the IVA money) to another bank? Or I need to let the IVA people know before I switch?

You can switch banks, but only if the new banks accepts you as a customer with the IVA ( they will check). As long as the IVA payment is paid correctly and on time your IP need not know ahead of the move, but, of course, will become aware when you send them your statements for review.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It won't matter. You can always get a copy of your last statement from your old bank.
