Hi James

So sorry to hear your proposal was rejected. Do you know why?

I don't really know what your options are, but one of the experts will be along shortly, so we'll keep this bumped up for now.

Hope you're ok

Hi James
Why not drop into a debt management plan and let the company concerned deal with your creditors.
You can then take stock and look at all options available

Hi - I'm sorry to hear about your iva. Do you know why it was rejected and whether your ip can negotiate to get it through? Andy's suggestion of a dmp is great or perhaps your parents could help with a one off payment iva. There will be a solution for you! X

Which firm were representing you James, and why did creditors reject your offer?

Just wondering why you have edited your thread James?

I am locking it as I can't see the point in it being open!
