Hi,

I completed a full & final settlement IVA in Feb 2005. I am not sure when I can expect my credit record to be free of this? I also have one creditor who was part of the settlement who is showing existing debt each month and despite letters has not acted on this.

Hi there and welcome to the forum

When was the IVA first taken out Ethan? It will drop off the record six years from the time it was first accepted by creditors.

You should contact the creditor and send a copy of your completion certificate.

Tell them to remove any defaults which were placed on your file after the IVA was agreed.
