Hi, and welcome to the forum.

It is unlikely that you could get an IVA with such low DI. You could consider a DMP or bankruptcy could be another option.

You need to speak to a professional - vist www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews. Give one or two a ring and you will receive free and impartial advice as to all the options open to you.

Bankruptcy may be the best option for you but this would depend on assets. It is worth taking some free advice.

I agree with Michael - it sounds like you could do with the fresh start that bankruptcy will likely provide.
