In an IVA you might be able to borrow up to £500, if your provider (IP) gives permission. But you will not find many ( if any) reputable lenders who will lend you the money. You should not need to borrow any.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Is there any reason why you would need to? If you are having problems you may need to get your I&E reviewed so speak to your IP.

Are you in an IVA?

What do you want to borrow money for?

You will likely breach your IVA terms and will be unlikely to get any commercial lending due to your credit rating being shot.
