hi please could some help me to help my daughter she is on a DMP at the moment and has been for about 1 and a half years her husband is pays around 700 a month on his loan and 2 credit cards which he is paying the minimum on the credit cards each month and can just afford the loan each month.
They have equity in there house and were thinking of remorgaging and doing an IVA lump sum to pay off there debits would her husband beable to get a loan on there house equity in his name even though they have both there names on the morgage. Thanks Diane

I think that that would be difficult for him to do - but it is best that he contacts a financial advisor to see what is possible. Do they both have debts of their own - and how much does your daughter owe to creditors and how much is she paying into her DMP on a monthly basis?

Have a chat with several experts/companies and look at all options open to your daughter and her husband

Dianne I would advise your daughter to get 2 or 3 opinions from various companies to get all important, impartial advice specific to her circumstance. Take a look at www.iva.com for a list of companies and these will discuss all debt solutions available to her. xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
