Holiday issue
So I have started process of iva meeting set for 12 July..
My question is before all of this I have a Holiday booked which was ment to be May this Yr but changed to May next Yr because of covid this Holiday is all payed for way before I applied for iva do I need to tell them I have this booked etc and can I still go...
On the face of it, no, you do not need to tell them. It is the same as if you bought your sofa on a credit card before the IVA ... you still keep the sofa !
But, as the holiday hasn't yet been 'used' and a refund might be available, if creditors become aware they might have other ideas.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Hi
Thanks for the advice if covid hadn't happened we would of already been anyway so this is not my fault only had to move because of this..nothing is owed on this anyway so its not as if i need to use any of my income for it..any extra income I would declare and use my half for other stuff ie daily living expenses
Say nothing is my advice.... it was before your iva and not your fault. Next May you have a holiday to look forward to ..you are allowed to go on holiday during an iva so go and enjoy it .. start saving your spending money now from your allowances...

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
I agree - let sleeping dogs lie and enjoy your holiday.
