Yes, it is possible to raise a lump sum from friends or family to make a full and final offer.

If I want to mortgage will it expected to increase the mortgage to more that 85% of the value of my property. Is the mortgage will be assessed to make sure if it was affordable.

If you get the usual clauses the remortgage would be limited to 85% LTV. It is also limited by term --- the new moertgage cannot be longer than the current one or up to retirement age, whichever is later. Also the additional payments cannot be more than half of your regular IVA payment.
