Hi All..

A lot of you know my story. I have been in an iva since 2008. I have had loads of ups and downs. More downs than ups. Lost my home in 2015..i am now in my 11th year of my iva.

Received confirmation today from aperture. That if I pay £656 to aperture. They will accept this as full and final payment and issue a completion certificate... Was just checking my mum is going to loan me the money to pay this.. Can they go back on the letter I got.. Just really cautious because of all the issues. Also could someone tell me when my credit file will be updated.. Many thanks. Chappie

They shouldn't go back on something you have in writing. Credit file clear up will start about three months after you have the completion certificate, when you come off the insolvency register ... have a read here so you know what should happen and can check that it does. https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record
