My IVA concluded 6 years ago but I have started to be hounded with letters and phone calls from a claims company for PPI. I do not to make a claim I am not interested and do not believe there would be anything to claim. Does this firm have the legal right to force me to make a claim against my will?

As your IVA has concluded then it is up to you if you claim or not. If your IVA was active then there could be a responsibility to investigate PPI under the terms of your IVA and any funds gained would then be then be used for the benefit of all your creditors increasing the IVA dividend.
As the PPI window is getting close to closing existing PPI companies are having one last push for business which is probably why you are getting contact.

Aperture are sending them out to many people even if your IVA finished years ago as the PPI still belongs to them long after you have your completed certificate .
