How are Snap On tools dealt with in an IVA

Can snapon tools be taken off me in an iva????

Depends on what you use them for -- if they are your professional tools ( no tools = no job) it wouldn't be a sensible move. If you are purchasing them on a subscription basis, you would have to discuss with your IP whether that would be an allowable expense -- this would depend on the amounts involved and the agreements alredy entered into.
If they are bought and paid for .... well ... a spanner is a spanner (even an expensive one) and wouldn't normally come to the IP's attention.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
