Hi,

You need to speak to your IVA company and ask where this has come from. Could it be fees?

Hi i have been trying to get in contact with them and never had a review last year so never had any details through of what debts were what and also had a new person in charge of my debt as of November 2017. It is written down as a debt as an extra 13000 definately not fees I've certainly never borrowed that extra....well I've certainly never seen it either!

I'm with credit fix and Its definately a debt owed to one of the debt collection companies but I wonder if it's a duplicate as I have a 13000 debt and 2 smaller ones

It could well be that the £13k debt has been sold on ... so the new creditor has lodged the claim and CF have taken it as an extra claim, rather than a change of creditor name. You need to sort this out as a new claim of that magnitude will see the IVA fail.
