How can I get a copy of my IVA certificate?

Quite a few years ago I completed an Iva and received the certificate. I now need to provide proof of this is there a way I can obtain a copy of this as I now longer have any of the details.

If you can recall the firm or IP, they may still have a copy. Maybe also try the Insolvency Service, who would have been given a copy also. A lot will depend on the exact time lapse involved as many institutions will destroy old records after 6 or 7 years.
