How can I make a payment ?

I am in an IVA and have been in one for 3-4 years with Debt Free Direct. I have tried to contact them to make a payment and get a silent line. I have received letter correspondence informing me that they have been taken over by Aperture Debt Solutions. I have tried to contact them and get a silent line as well. How can I make a payment for my IVA if they do not answer their lines?
