how can I remove entries from my experian credit report?

hi, I completed my iva on 11th august 2009 and still have and I have a max recovery entry:
Name: MR XXXXX
Address: XXXXXX
Date of birth: 04/06/19XX
Company name: MAX RECOVERY
Account type: Credit card / Store card
Special Instruction Indicator: Partial Settlement
Special Instruction Start Date: 01/09/2009
Started: 01/11/2002
Default Balance: £3,310
Current Balance: Satisfied

Defaulted On: 08/09/2004
File Updated for the Period to: 27/09/2009

and also on my report under the section public record information there are two entries voluntary arrangement case number xxxx satisfaction date 11/08/09 please help as I need to know what these entries mean and how can I remove them from my experian credit report.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The default should drop off your credit file next month as they remain on there for 6 years.

You will need to send your certificate of completion to the credit agencies and ask them to remove the details of your IVA.
