My landlord is selling the house me and my 3 kids live in. I have an IVA which ends in August this year, I've never missed a payment. I'm finding it hard to find another house because of the credit checks. I didn't expect to leaving our home but covid happened and landlord has bo choice but to sell. How am I suppose to rent again with my IVA hanging over me.

Some agencies will overlook a bad credit score with the help of a guarantor, increased deposit or rent up front --- difficult, I know, with an IVA. Another route to try is to approach private landlords who rely more on references from your current landlord, rather than credit checks. Local Authorities often hold a list of private landlords and they will also advertise in local papers.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
