How do I get information from aperture ? I cannot find anything out.

i have got my certificate of completion now ive received letters from a company called idemservising apparently mbna sold part of the debt to them; i was in a iva for nearly seven years, surely i have paid my dues never missing a payment, i was with dedt free direct, but heard nothing from them for six months, i have since found out they were stopped from trading, as such a company called apature/iva have taken on their clients, i cannot find anything out or get imformation what to do

You don't need to worry - the debt would have been included. You could send them a copy of your completion letter, the information may not have filtered down yet.

Yes, DFD has been taken over by Aperture. However, as Kallis says, you don't really need to contact them over this. Send the "new" creditor a copy of the final report and completion certificate. Debts are often sold on as part of a bundle, even after the IVA has completed and the buyer has no idea until they try to collect. But the debt no longer exists so they cannot pursue it.

Also, after all that time any debt would be statute barred so you've got those weasels both ways!
