Thank you Lisa it says I have the right to cancel within 14 days without cost but it also says that I can waive this if I want the firm to take action within 14 days which I signed the people I was dealing with first have said it’s cancelled but from the other company I’ve heard nothing I rang there customer services yesterday and spoke to a guy he said it can be cancelled takes a couple of days for them to sort !!!! I’m in limbo so very worried

Just feel it’s not the right thing to do
I have emailed them should I ring them or wait
How long will I wait to get my email confirming cancellation?
No idea - depends on who you signed up with but keep pestering!
