How do I know that the company is reputable

How do I know that the company I am in an IVA with are a reputable company, I have been with them just over a year now and the monies they have taken from me have so far gone to pay them and very little of my crditors.

Whats the company you are with?? Check them out on www.iva.com,it has a list of all companies and also feedback from people who have used them.

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Welcome to the forum.

I'm afraid that the first year or so will see payments going on fees. Your creditors are obviously happy with the fees being charged

Don't worry, your creditors will be getting the agreed dividend.
