Hi there and welcome to the forum

I would strongly recommend that you get a solicitor to draw this up for you. Who is advising you that you need to effect this agreement yourself?

hi - thanks for the reply

i have tried a couple of solictors who said couldnt do a consent order due to the delay in completion of the house sale due to iva restrictions, so had limited options and limited funds thanks to the iva - friend said they did there own without solictor (no issues due to an iva tho) so thought i would give it a go
