Hi all. After posting on here several times about this, that and the other, I can now pass on that my completion statement was ready for downloading bus the Aperture portal.
Last September, after paying my 72nd payment they kept wanting house valuations and I&E's done. I gave them everything they wanted and at the end of September 2019 I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to go through my 12 payslips and P60's etc. At that point I just left them to it and out of the blue 3 weeks ago I had the email to say that all was completed and to wait for the certificate. I was so happy.
I'm not saying that waiting and leaving them to it will be the way for everyone but it's worked for me.
They've told me to wait for creditors to take my name of registers etc, but what sort of time am I looking at for applying for a decent remortgage from off the street lenders please guys, or am I dreaming?
Regards - from a happy Lee

It will take up to ( usually to the day) three months to come off the Register, then a couple of months for the CRAs to catch up and the reference files to clear.

Hi Ryan. Thanks for being in touch and thanks for your kind words.
I feel was if I'm a bit in a void at the moment. Whilst on one hand the journey is kind of finished, it feels a bit of an anti climax at the moment as it'll take more time to see financial clarity.
It'd be great to see if I have any options please Ryan. How do I make contact in the first instance and I assume there's no obligation?
Regards - Lee
