Hey guys

After all your advice,(hours spent reading this forum mainly) I rang around a few companies and finally went for an IVA. The Creditors Meeting is taking place as I type. My stomach is tied up in knots and I'm wondering how long it normally takes before you find out the result?

Thanks!

Normally the votes are in prior to the meeting and you should be contacted pretty much straightaway after the meeting time. If you have not heard anything by now your IVA has probably been accepted as creditors raise queries in advance if they have a problem.

Best of luck and let us know how it goes.

I don't think I have had a feeling of relieve like the one I got when I was told my IVA had been approved. If I had been as careful with my money before the IVA as I have been during it I would be driving a Merc not a Citroen.

Congratulations on being accepted and good luck with your IVA.
