Thank you everyone, do any of you know much about moving after an Iva? I’m desperate, for about the last 5 years ha, but obviously Iva has kept us here. I understand rates will be higher I will need more of a deposit but can we do it? Is it ok to apply for mortgage? Thank you

Have a chat with Ryan or Shaun .... you will need a specialist broker to avoid pitfalls, but, once you have cleared your credit files a "normal" mortgage should be in reach from certain lenders.
