Hi I have been out of a Iva now for two years and recently claimed a ppi policy which as been given to aperture how long do they do this for after your Iva is finished?
For Ever -- but PPI claims will stop in August. However, similar refunds will also belong to the IVA even after it has completed as they existed during the IVA.

IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
It makes no difference - PPI will always belong to your creditors as it is an asset whether or not you knew about it.

The claim is for something that existed before the IVA finished, even if the claim is made afterwards, so the refunds belong to the IVA as they were an asset during the IVA, even if you didn't know about it at that time.

So after August when PPI is finished what else can they possibly get money back from after IVA completed with certificate ?
Mis-sold anything ... mortgage endowments .. insurance policies .. packaged bank accounts ... miscalculated interest ... that relate to the period that you were in the IVA or before.
Maybe even mis-sold IVA's might makan appearance --- that would be a conundrum .... how do the refunds belong to an IVA that shouldn't have been there ??

I wonder if they will do mis sold endowments? We had one going back to the 80's when we were told by Norwich Union that it would cover our mortgage and then some! Later found out we would have had a £30k shortfall so we changed to a repayment mortgage and cashed the policy in.

That would be very interesting to see mis-sold IVA considering how many there have been and will be in the future ,I just found out the other day you can actually claim back interest on payday loans and doorstep loans it was on debt camel people are getting a lot of money back so that would be big business for them after PPI it seems like it will be never ending .
