I'm sorry, I don't understand your question - if you are in an IVA interest is frozen on any debts included in the IVA.

I am not sure what you mean. If you have had a windfall there could be interest of 8% per year added but if you are looking for a loan to clear it a financial adviser would be the best place to go.
