I am due for annual review on my iva, my partner’s not been sharing with the expenses ( we are not in good terms)and I am left to pay for mostly all of it. I am not sure what to write on the partner’s income because of this. If I put his income, but I am mostly paying for the expenses, my monthly payment will increase. And I have to work fulltime and do some extra work to compensate for this. I am confused please help

He can refuse to divulge his income, in which case they will assume he pays half of the expenses --- which is the best you will get unless his income is way below yours anyway.

Be aware that extra income from you should be being shared with your creditors, so you only get to keep around half.

I am afraid that getting him to pay his fair share is not your IP's concern and is between you and your partner.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
