Hi,
We are the start of the 4th year of our IVA with Grant Thornton - My husband's firm has just gone into administration, fortunately he was offered another job this morning - however he has been told that he will require a car - which we don't have! Any advice on how we can get one?

Hi,
You could try a firm called Dunctons but I know there APR is quite high however as you need a vehicle worth a try or alternatively do you have family who might be able to help out.

We had a car through Dunctons at the start of the year and they were great. Funded through a reduction in IVA contributions - less than 15% so didn't need a variation - and getting a small diesel car with no road tax / MOT etc. They are expensive but it was our only way to get a car.
