Hi all
My hubby works part time and only earns just under 400 a month.
He is here on a 2 year visa fromt he states and obs uses this money to pay his bills back there. He may not be able to stay here once this visa runs out.
I do not ask him for any money towards the house as my IVA is in my name and done on my wages. Nothing in the house is with his name only the council tax as you have to do this by law.
Just finished my 1st year and they have asked for a review obs...as his wages get paid into my bank i rang them and explained but i am now worried that they will up my payments even tho they can see this money goes sraight out....im never left with other money to save or anything... do you think they will even tho they can see from cross ref with my bank statements etc?

Hi, I would send in an explanatory letter with this and they should be able to see it goes in and out and the reasoning behind this. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
