Hi, I am looking for some help to remove my completed IVA from my records on Experian etc.

My IVA was completed in 2009 however I did not receive a completion certificate from the company which arranged the IVA, I have tried to contact them recently to obtain a copy of the certificate however the company in now in administration and I have had no response.

My details have been removed from the Individual Insolvency Register but I am not sure how to prove the IVA was completed to the main credit check companies so I would appreciate any help with this matter.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give

Best regards

Mark

Aperture have taken over DFD (assuming we are talking about DFD) as a going concern so might, in the fullness of time ( these transfers are never speedy) have access to old records. In the meantime ask the Insolvency Service if they have records from when your entry was removed, as they will have been informed at the time.

Other than that -- back in 2009 I think some IVA's were still going through the courts, so your local county court might have a record.

Dear Foggy,

Thank you for your quick reply and information, I have emailed both the insolvency service and Aperture as suggested hopefully one of them will be able to help.

Once again thank you for your help

Best regards

Mark
