I am trying to find a company to do an IVA but its like a black hole. Would you have an advice or recommendations which company i could use. I work everyday and so I cannot go down and see people.

You can submit your details and a preferred time of contact to most firms. If you feel at all uncomfortable it is worth shopping around and do not feel pushed into anything. Good luck with your proposal.
I would look for an IP firm where you can have direct contact with the IP at any time of the day. Some practitioners will speak to their clients at evenings and weekends - and you will then have the benefit of getting advice directly from the horse's mouth.
