I applied for IVA in Aug 2016 and didn’t go ahead it is logged on my Credit Report and has satisfied Dec 2016 does this still affect my report even though I didn’t go ahead

At what stage did you decide not to go ahead ? If it was before the creditors meeting it should not apear anywhere. If it was after the creditors meeting it will remain on file for 6 years from that meeting date.

I stopped it before any meetings or made the fee payment

I would suggest that you check all three agencies files on you and ask each that show the IVA why. Explain that the IVA was never started and ask them for the source of the erroneous information. You may need to get the Information Commissioners Office involved.
