Hi all and thanks for all your advice so far.

My husband now has funds to be able to gift me the money to submit an offer to credit fix
We are going to offer £1750 at the min I pay £258 a month and have 8 months left. So fingers crossed that will be enough and be excepted!!
I understand from what I have read on here that Credit fix are not the best at communicating etc which worries me a little and I do understand that it can take a while from start to finish when submitting an F&F!
How do I submit a F&F I did ask credit fix they said they would email me still waiting!!!
Can I write a letter and send to my IP if so is there any templates I can use as I wouldn’t know what to put, also I want to make sure within the letter I state that any payments that are made whilst waiting for the decision is taken off of the £1750 offered and that it’s not monthly payments plus the offer if that makes sense!

There is a template for a short letter here: https://www.iva.co.uk/letter6-f-and-f-offer-during-iva

You could add in a limiting paragraph such as " Please note that the amount of any payments made after [insert date] will be deducted from the lump sum being offered, which will be reduced accordingly. "
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
