It wouldn't surprise me if this isn't the next mis-selling saga ---- the fees these firms charge are criminal considering the work they actually do ( or get the computers to do). Trouble is they won't be around for much longer to chase for fee refunds if it did hit the fan.

In the dying throes of PPI refunds the ombudman is saying that refunds are due even if the insurance wasn't mis-sold, as such, becuase of the exhorbitant commission paid to introducers!
