I don't understand why Virgin have disconnected my broadband

I’ve now at the start of my IVA and Virgin Broadband Have disconnected my services, I Phoned Up virgin and they say they can’t help me because of the IVA I don’t understand this

I believe this has happened to one other poster --- the first time any of us had heard about it. We didn't get an update. Either Virgin have a new policy or they think, incorrectly, that an IVA is to be treated as a bankruptcy. I would take it up with a higher level in Virgin.

I agree - as long as you pay there shouldn't be a problem.

Looking at their T&C's they appear to now do a continuous credit check - you have to be able to meet the terms of the credit agreement (including a decent credit score) throughout the contract.

I have been with Virgin since way before my IVA ..... I wonder if they will close my account?

I am with talktalk They renewed my contact and even gave me a better deal. But must say it’s not the best internet provider only better than not having any. Good luck I hope you managed to sort out.
