i finished my IVA after five years then told I have to pay extra.

i finished my iva after five years without no payments missed, Then after 16 months the iva firm said i owe £6000 more due to me earning more money. Do i have to pay this to them, Wanted to know my legal right

If you DID earn the extra money then, yes, you have to pay it over. I assume you haven't had a completion certificate and, so, you are still in an IVA and will be until this matter is settled or the IVA failed.
If you dispute earning it, ask them for a written calculation of where they got the figures from.
