On the 9 Feburary 2010 I had a CCJ aainst me for £10857.88 and an instalment order of £4.12 per month to be payed from the 9 March 2010 (which was payed on time) I recieved Notice of Transfer Of proceedings dated 24 Feburary transferred to Guildford County Court. I then recieved Notice of Hearing of Application for reconsideration dated 3 March 2010 (before any payment was due) to appear today, 12 April. It now seems that the judge has agreed with the claiment that £4.12 p/m is unreasonable and agreed a forthwith charging order. Acording to national debt line this process seems wrong but I dont know what coarse of action to take or what is going to happen next.
I have no idea either, but will bump this up so a professional can assist.
