hi could you pleas help i have a joint iva with my husband who as recently left me.He will not communicate with me.What do i do,will i have to declare myself bankrupt.It is in it's fourth year and do not know if my husband will be making any contribution we pay 259 per month and the house will have to realise equity of 22,000 or over.There is no way i could do this i have 2 children and a mortgage of 460,i earn 658pm and my husband 549 plus child benefit,please help i do not want to lose my home
