Hi I am in the process of signing into a IVA but I am a little dubious about the company dealing with it. They are financial support systems . Could you please help to ensure this is legitimate as I'm a little concerned .
I have been accepted for an IVA with a company called financial support systems I just wish to check that this is a legitimate company before going any further
They appear to be. I take it you haven't had a creditors meeting yet?

Website looks OK --- their IP is registered with ICAEW and shows on the Insolvency Database as such. Company is a young one, incorporated in 2017, and correctly registerd at Companies House.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
