I have recently been offered my bank charges back by Lloyds TSB. However, this bank is one of the creditors in our IVA. We had a loan, and we had two current accounts of which were included into the debt. The charges are for the two accounts we had. Will I receive the monies via post, or will they be able to pay it into the IVA fund themselves? As far as I am aware - the two bank accounts relating to the claim have now been closed/removed.

Hi sarah.d and welcome to the forum

I rather think that Lloyds TSB will offset your claim against their debts. If you do receive a cheque instead, then this will need to be handed over to the Supervisor of your IVA as a windfall.
