I have to stop my part time job, what can I do about my IVA?

,I am 72 and 3.5 years. Into IVA ill health is forcing me to give up a part time job which has helped me to pay the IVA. What do I do now?

Speak to your IP and explain .... you might be able to renegotiate payments at a reduced level or make a full and final offer based on payments made to date.

I agree with Foggy - you might be able to vary the IVA based on payments to date accepted in full and final settlement and finish the IVA early.
