I invested into a SIPP with an old pension way before I entered into an IVA, I have not made any other contributions to it and I'm now 3 years into my IVA. I know if I take 25% of this I would have to declare this to my IP but would the Pension provider or HMRC automatically know I'm on an IVA?

Could you leave that until after your IVA has completed?

They might check the Insolvency Register as part of their processes.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
