Hi I do regular over time but always pay what needs to be paid towards the iva . As soon as I get paid I ring the iva people and pay them the share of my overtime that needs to go towards the iva.. I do regular overtime and am up for my one year review in March.. so do you think it will be a problem and will they increase my payments because I try to do regular overtime for any contingencies

It shouldn't be a problem as a sensible IP knows that this overtime could stop at any time and is not guaranteed --- of course there are a few less than sensible IP's (despite their years of training). Let us hope yours is one of the former !

Agree with Foggy - you have been upfront with your IP so hopefully it will be ok.
