I’ve spoke to Giraffe money yesterday and they said that they will deal with me from the start to finish of my IVA. That also said that they are using Lawson Fox. Both has good reviews. They are an introducer to insolvency practitioners so they only need to display their FCA licence number on there. As long as they have the FCA number that's all they need to be compliant.
Don’t really know what else to look for. Any suggestions please?
Lawson Fox 's IP is Mr Ratcliffe, who is a member of ICAEW. He will ultimately be responsible for the running of the IVA.
I have not come across them before, so cannot comment, but everything looks hunky dory.
